The Youth Work Readiness Training is an engaging and comprehensive 20-hour virtual program specifically designed for young adults aged 14-21 who are ready to take the next step toward entering the workforce. This program focuses on equipping participants with the essential skills, knowledge, and confidence needed to thrive in a variety of professional settings. Through interactive lessons, hands-on activities, and guided practice, participants will learn how to navigate workplace expectations, communicate effectively with supervisors and colleagues, and demonstrate professionalism in real-world situations.

Eligibility: Ages 14-21 and referred by a Vocational Rehabilitation Counselor. The program is fully funded for eligible participants.
