Our Post-Secondary Education Counseling program is designed to support young adults as they navigate the exciting, yet sometimes overwhelming, transition from high school to the next stage of their lives. We provide personalized guidance to help participants explore the wide range of educational and career pathways available, from traditional colleges and universities to vocational programs, technical training, and registered apprenticeships. Through this program, participants gain a deeper understanding of their own strengths, interests, and goals while learning about the opportunities and requirements of different career fields. We also provide insight into local labor market trends and in-demand jobs, helping participants make informed decisions about their future. By combining practical guidance with individualized support, our program empowers young adults to confidently plan the next steps in their education and career journey, setting them on a path toward personal and professional success.

To participate in the Work Readiness Training, customers must receive a referral from Vocational Rehabilitation (VR). This program is designed to help young adults build essential workplace skills and prepare for employment opportunities.
